MAPCUT.COM SERVICE

Mapcut.com provides the consumer with an easily remembered electronic shortcut to their physical address, using an electronic map, provided by *Google Maps. Users can choose to upgrade from the free service to a paid (premium) service and display selected pieces of personal or business contact information on their premium Mapcut page.

MAPCUT.COM PRIVACY POLICY

We do not share your information with anyone.

However, any and all information provided by User may be viewed by Order Dept, LLC/Mapcut.com (Company) to support the service provided- this includes troubleshooting, maintenance, and updating the service. We will not verify the accuracy of the information provided beyond what is required by law to prevent the use of Mapcut.com for fraudulent or illegal (including criminal) purposes. Company will not disclose any information provided by the User for any other purposes than those stated in Mapcut.com's explanation of services.

To protect User privacy and security, Company will take reasonable steps to verify User's identity before granting access or making corrections. The main form of identity management is username and password. The User is responsible for maintaining the security of the username and password. Company cannot and will not be held liable for any loss of damage from User's failure to comply with this security obligation.

User understands that the only information that will be disclosed to the general public via Mapcut.com is that which is designated by the User within their account management provided by Company. This designated information will be available to the general public via the internet and possibly other modes of communication. Therefore, if there is any information the User does not wish to be disseminated and/or disclosed to the general public, the User shall not designate such information for general public viewing. It is the User's responsibility to make certain the information provided to Order Dept and/or Mapcut.com is clearly and accurately designated as either for general public viewing or not for general public viewing.

Company takes extreme precautions to ensure any phone numbers or email addresses that a premium Mapcut.com User chooses to make visible on their premium Mapcut.com page will be protected against electronic harvesting techniques. However, if the User decides to display phone numbers or email addresses on their Mapcut.com page, the information is visible to the general public. Mapcut.com accepts no liability for any misuse and/or unintended use, criminal or civil, of said information that may result by displaying said information on User's Mapcut.com page. The User understands the above and waives any and all claims against Order Dept, LLC/Mapcut.com from the misuse and/or unintended use of the aforementioned information.

The User understands that any and all information provided to Company may be compelled by valid subpoena to be produced. In that situation, the User agrees to reimburse and indemnify Mapcut.com and Order Dept, LLC for any costs in producing said documents and information. Furthermore, the User agrees to reimburse and indemnify any costs and attorney fees incurred as a result of the subpoena(s). (See "Indemnification" Section in Terms of Service). By using our Service you hereby permit us to review as much of your documents as we believe necessary to perform our Service.
